No edition wars or gripings about creators/owners of works. Doylist griping about Star Wars in particular is subject to permanent ban on first offense.

Questions about who would prevail in a conflict/competition (not just combat) fit better on r/whowouldwin. Questions about very open-ended hypotheticals fit better on r/whatiffiction.
Given how much funding the agency has I think we can assume that they almost certainly compensate their agents well. Both in terms of actual money and perks involving alien technology. Agents probably don’t ever have to spend a single penny on Healthcare because they have alien technology that will fix everything.
I’m completely guessing, but I want to say that the MIB doesn’t pay its agents in a traditional way. Instead you just request whatever you want and you’re given it provided it’s within reason.
Considering the speech Zed gave J at the beginning, “eat where we tell you, live where we tell you” that tells me MiB agents entire lives seem dictated by the MiB.
Thus I imagine their “salary” is probably 0 but everything is probably nothing but anything they need/want is provided. So a place to live, here you go. Going out to a diner for pie, here’s a 20, don’t forget to tip.
I don’t think they have one, everything is covered and/or owned by the government post hoc, I think if anything they get a basic stipend that more works like any standard utility equipment. To pay for hotdogs or whatever
Going along with everyone else’s comments here to jay they probably don’t have a normal salary but expanding – the MIB probably is self funded and has essentially unlimited money. You can presume they have been selling alien tech in a drip feed to large companies and have diversified investments to a point where they want for nothing.

Some combination of agency paying for most things and a stipend for personal expenses.
