Men of reddit, do cute little pocket notes from your girl still is a thing to appreciate or is it a thing of past/boring? If yes, what are the stuffs you’d like to read? A broad spectrum would be appreciated.

I get a note in the lunch my wife makes me every day for work. They range from loving, funny, a horoscope piss take, filthy, or an interesting fact. It makes my day, and I look forward to it. Also, I know I’m in the shite house if there’s no note.

for me, i like getting love notes from her, not just “can you please fix ..” ones. Cute is subjective; ” I love you”, “you’re still sexy”, ” my coworkers think you’re amazing”, etc, all score points for her from me. If she’s trying to be cute, I’ll remind her I’m not in grade school. Just Don’t.

I’d appreciate it. I’d also appreciate getting into the car and it not being almost on empty.

Generally anything that shows someone thinks about you is nice. Whether that’s coffee, a note or something else

I personally love them. Little messages of encouragement, love, compliments, anything is good. It feels great to be thought of.

Little notes, big notes, making my lunch in the morning while I’m in the shower, intentionally given me up big welcome home hug when I get home sometimes… Any effort to try and make me feel special is gonna make me feel special.

Whenever I travel for business (once or twice a month), I’m guaranteed to find a little note from my wife among my stuff (I do the same, but hide it behind her pillow). Always makes me smile, always …

I had a friend who’s girlfriend at the time would leave him sticky notes, and I think he kept them all.
