I know it sounds corny but I make a concoction of hot milk. My grocery store sells a dry milk that’s whole milk (Nido) and I add a good two or more teaspoons to a mug of hot milk. I also add some zero calorie sweetener. Variations are adding some spices; cinnamon, cardamom. For decadence, instead of spices mix some powdered peanut butter (e.g., PB Fit) with the powdered milk first. Heat the milk first in the microwave.

I start every Monday by cooking a pound of ground meat with taco seasoning ($8 total). Whenever I’m hungry during the week I heat a little bit in a small dish in the microwave and eat it with Cholula, tortillas, and some freshly shredded cheddar.
I dehydrate way too easily; so I’d much rather wake up to horse-piss in the middle of the night, than wake up in the morning feeling hungover without having had a night of actual drinking…

I do, do regular blood work, & my electrolytes are great; no mineral or vitamin deficiencies
I Do Not have Diabetes, kidney conditions, or any other diseases that affect hydration levels
I take do take stimulant meds, that also have a diuretic effect on me
I have natural temperature sensitivity to heat
I have low-to-moderate hyperhydrosis
I often mouth-breathe a lot (not loudly, though), due to sinus issues (incl. Allergies, which I also take meds for on an as needed basis & also contribute to needing more water)
