My breasts are so fucking big, I can slap my nephew with them when he misbehaves from across the room while I’m baby sitting.

I was a handsome lad of 7 growing up in the projects, until some teenage thug took umbrage at my boy-ish good looks and took a knife to my face. Ironically, the scar gave my face definition and a different kind of charm, one that was still appealing to girls, but also fearsome to lads.

Even so, I got facial surgery not long after I turned 18, got them to remove the scar, fill in my eyebrow, and to square off a lot of my faces rounded features to remove all my ‘cute’ child-like features, and replace them with atractive masculine features.

A couple of months after that I started dating a beautician that introduced me to skin boosters.

And, a couple of years after that I decided to say ‘fuck it’ to the gym, and got myself muscular implants.

It’s been 18 years since the facial surgery, and 16 years since I got muscular implants, and I have zero regrets.

Does foreskin restoration count? It’s technically not a surgery but uses devices/tapes to restructure the body to get to a certain aesthetic.

I mainly did it for the looks to undo a circumcision and I am quite happy with the restored results, both appearance and function wise. It did help some mentally, taking control over my body, but there was still plenty of trauma there and started seeing a therapist to deal with it
