Regular structured pants and a belt make me feel terrible after a long day. I have scar tissue where the belt sits. Polyester and stretch fabric often make me feel icky. Any recommendations for office apparel that looks good and fits like sweat pants?

Have you tried Chino cloth using high quality cotton, such as Egyptian or the like?
Or layers? I mean could you in theory use a thin type of sweatpants or yoga pants underneath whatever other pants you regularly use?
Suspenders, cotton or synthetic button-up dress shirt (top button open), and cotton slacks.
