My brother was in a motorcycle accident. The call came through immediately after it happened and EMS was on the scene within 7 minutes.
They did not perform CPR or any life saving measures. No other patients on the scene were injured or required any care/evaluation.
I have spoke with a few paramedics and they all have said there is no reason CPR wouldn’t have been started or at the least attempted. Can someone explain why this would have been the case?
Note: this occurred in NC. No visible trauma anywhere but to his left lower extremity below the knee. Also note: the driver of the other car was supposably a cop, him and his passengers were fine. (Just curious why he also wouldn’t have began CPR)
