I moved to my parents with my 2 adult children and 9 year old special needs daughter due to a Dfcs safety plan that dictates my daughter cannot be removed from my parents address. My wife has been charged with a crime for medically neglecting my 9 year old.
Since I am forced to stay at my parents because I have to take care of my daughter have I lost any rights to my original home? I still pay the mortgage and all the bills while my wife stays at the home. Have I forfeited any rights to enter my property since I am not currently living there?
