They often have visible abs which would suggest low body fat content. – yes/no?
We all know that breasts are mainly made out of fat, so one would expect them to be relatively small with abs visible. – yes/no?
Are their sport bra filled more with muscles or breasts, how does it work there?

Maybe read into basic anatomy. The M. pectoralis major is underneath the breast tissue.
Also there are several types of fat. Fat isn‘t just fat. There‘s „building“ fat which can be a bit reduced but not completely lost, only if you‘re heavily malnourished and cathectic.
Yes, often they are a bit smaller compared to what size they could be, but not compared to other women because breast size is just very different.
Also they don‘t just consist of fat but also of glandular tissue (fat can‘t produce milk). And no, the bra isn‘t really filled with muscle.
