My (23f) boyfriend (25m) posted a picture of another woman on his close friends that I’m not in.

So long story short me and my bf have 1 daughter and I’m currently 5 months pregnant with our second. We have been together for almost 6 years and throughout these 6 years he’s had constantly betrayed me and went behind my back with other women … nothing physical but emotional. (Having sexual conversations with multiple woman… talking to women he’s had sexual relations with and reminiscing) etc. I don’t feel like going into detail… we’ve been in therapy and last week he just asked me to marry him… for the past few months things have been wonderful honestly this same day I told him I was the happiest I’ve ever been since battling with depression and postpartum anxiety. That was until I see his phone where he’s having intimate conversations with his ex. FaceTiming him while at work and talking to her even after the first instance to where I told him I don’t want him speaking with her… he had to unblock her to even speak with her and he reaching out first. Not to mention he’s sending porn videos and talking sexually reminiscing on past experiences and talking about doing it again with another woman… all of this on my child’s 3rd birthday. He also archived all his pictures of us on his Instagram … hides our comments and has a close friends that I’m not in where he posted the picture of this ex and said “iykyk” while also posting another story that said “if I wasn’t with this girl I’d be with this girl” anyway I’m heartbroken. This isn’t the first time he’s done this this also is not the first time he’s done this when I’m pregnant with his child. So I guess I need some advice…

Sn: please don’t be negative to me I’m going through a lot. I fought hard for this relationship for my children because I come from a devastating broken family.
