So my boss changed my clock out time to 330pm instead of 445pm when i actually left . Prior to this they discussed with me that i have to close the store in 30 min after we close but on that day i was helping them with extra tasks . Do I have any legal actions here ? Or do i have to wait not to get paid for that time ? I already let him know about the discrepancy of time.

do what i do and take a picture of your punch out times. and document when they dont align with your timecard
