I seriously can’t believe this even happened to me cause I always thought my brother was different. Like we grew up super tight he was my day one we had each other’s backs since we were little kids.
So a few months ago he hits me up saying he needs a place to crash for a bit cause apparently he needed space from his girlfriend to clear his head figure out his feelings all that dramatic nonsense. I didn’t even hesitate cause that’s my brother you know I wanted to be there for him no questions asked.
Everything was fine at first he was just chilling playing video games cooking random food at 2am leaving his socks everywhere but whatever I let it slide cause that’s family.
Then one random afternoon I decided to come home early from work cause I wasn’t feeling well and y’all I walk in and there’s this random girl standing in my kitchen wearing literally nothing but his giant hoodie. She looked at me like I was some stranger who broke into her house. I was so shook I literally froze.
Turns out my brother had been using my place as his little secret cheating headquarters for weeks. He was inviting girls over so he wouldn’t get caught at his own apartment. Like imagine how low you gotta be to disrespect not only your own relationship but also your sibling’s space.
When I confronted him he acted like I was the problem telling me it was just temporary and that I shouldn’t overreact. Like bro you’re literally smashing random girls in my apartment and you want me to just chill and mind my business. Nah.
I kicked him out that same day told him to pack all his trash and leave. And then to make it even messier his now ex girlfriend started blowing up my phone accusing me of ruining their relationship like girl I didn’t cheat with half the city your man did that all on his own.
Now my parents are on my case telling me to just forgive him and move on cause family is family but honestly I don’t care. You don’t get to cross that line and then expect everything to go back to normal just cause we share blood.
We haven’t talked since and honestly I don’t even feel bad. I’d rather protect my own peace than enable his clown behavior. I still feel gross even thinking about it like I gotta bleach my whole apartment top to bottom to get the bad vibes out.
Family or not some people don’t deserve second chances and he’s one of them.
