Location: Pennsylvania, USA.
The calls are always bizarre. This time it was “the kids aren’t allowed to flush the toilet at their mom’s house, they don’t like their mom and say they don’t want to live with her anymore” the time before it was because they “didn’t wear socks to their dad’s house”
What can I do at this point? I want to press charges against her for harassment and possibly seek full custody.

Let her continue to call; continue to be cordial to the child services workers. Eventually, she will get in trouble for false reporting. If you try to get her to stop, it could look bad for you.
I don’t know how PN works, but in IL, this type of thing would not trigger a DCFS visit to the family. It would be documented, but not necessarily investigated.
If you have an attorney that you worked with for divorce/custody, talk to them when it gets to be too much.
