Not a question, but as a 32 year old, I envy and would like to emulate your father. My parents were both 25 when they had me. I otoh want to build wealth and marry a younger woman so my kids and family will be set for life. So far I’m nearing 300k (would have been 580 before tariffs) and math checks out that I’ll be a multimillionaire in my 40s and beyond unless the US ceases to exist.

How old were you if you/ when they died? Interested to hear about your experience with your mother more than your father because I was 38 when my second was born
What age do you think is “too old” to have a child? Obviously men can have children into their 70s, but ethically, what do you think is the right age to stop having kids?
