My (F26) coworker (M30) watches my boyfriend’s Instagram stories, does he like me?

So I work for a big company in which I travel for work a lot. I’ve been with my boyfriend (m28) since September although we are long distance we see each other every month. In November I was working at another state location and I was working with this guy that was nice, we talked about his past work and stuff and I was interested in what he did. After working he asked for my Instagram so we exchanged. Two month later he was moving out of state for a bigger position for this company that we work at and was having a going away party so he had invited me and said that there were some people that he wanted to introduce me too (network), I ended up getting sick so I didn’t go but we always watch each others stories. Fast forward to May, he saw that I mentioned on instagram that I would be in Florida and he messaged me and said that he might be out there the same time as me and that we should get lunch, I agreed because I did want to connect more but on a professional level. He also asked if I would be in his state this summer by any chance which I said no. He ended up not coming to Florida because he was busy.. fast forward to now. Me and my boyfriend met in the end of June and went out on dates and stuff (we’re long distance so we try to spend as much time within the one week as possible) the guy that I worked with watched all of my boyfriends stories that he posted. I’m not sure what this means? My boyfriend is bothered by it and told me that this guy likes me and that he know because he’s a man but I don’t see it that way, why do you think he was watching my boyfriend stories?
