My husband works in another country and it’s starting to wear on me

We made the choice together and i know he’s doing it for us but some days it just feels so heavy
the kids miss him constantly and i feel like i have to be strong for everyone even when i’m exhausted
i’m proud of him but it’s hard doing all the little everyday things alone
anyone else gone through this how do you keep it together without burning out?
