My parents are suing me

Location: Ohio

My mom has always been hectic and I never felt very comfortable living there. I have been with my bf for 2 years now and I stay at his house often. We are about to move in together and I asked my mom if I can stay at my house for a couple weeks so that I can pack my things and sell my furniture to start fresh. My parents were happy about the news of us moving together and were supportive and they agreed that I can stay for the time being. I also wanted to stay because my marine bf had drill for a couple weeks and I don’t really have his moms number or anything to keep going there while he’s gone.

My stay was fine until a couple days in. I started posting my furniture on Facebook and the next day I woke up with no central air in the house. It was the day of a heat wave and it was 92 degrees outside. I texted my mom to see if maybe they didn’t pay a bill but she said they turned it off. I tried to reason with them and even offered to pay. They declined. I was forced to buy a fan and try to make do. Then they closed their doors to the working shower and laundry. When trying to reason, I was met with aggression. Couple days later, I woke up super hot. I found out they turned off the electricity to my part of the duplex. After a week of going through this, I broke through the locked door and turned on the electricity and AC from the breaker box. I had no electric at all not even the kitchen and they took my air fryer. They came home, called the police on me and attempted to charge me with burglary. Because I live there, there is no criminal charge. But they did try to lie to the police and claim these are 2 apartments instead of a duplex HOUSE in order to criminally charge me. They claimed they let me know that they shut up electric since I will be moving out on the 5th of July. Which is a lie I was never even notified. After that, they went in my room and shut off my camera to my room. Now there was an attempt to serve court papers and I just seen it on camera after waking up.

I would like to also say, they keep some of their storage things in my room so it’s def not apartments. Especially if they can just take my air fryer out of my kitchen and then turn off my camera in my bedroom.
