I’m feeling great.
I don’t know how it happened (I do not know which rat(s) were responsible, yet) – but I am a man with a plan.
I was asked politely to take a certain post down and I stood my ground as if I were in Florida (yuck) and won the battle, if not the war.
I love my job!

what was the post about?
What was the post?
Lve the name! That’s funny shit.
I doxxed a coworker when I tried to post a non identifiable photo on a sub and he did too. We both died laughing.
What got doxxed ?
If I were to bet, someone caught a glimpse of your username at some point and has been keeping tabs on you.
WHO WOULD WANT TO DOXX MITT ROMNEY’S UNDERWEAR???
I don’t want to know -ANYTHING- about what goes on in that man’s underwear.
YIKES!
I thought your post was about Charlie Kirk.

So can you give a breakdown of how they brought this to your attention?
If you don’t show, nobody can tell.
Did you show?
My name is nopeeky for a reason. I don’t show, so nobody can tell.
What did your work do that was at…malevolent levels of incompetence?
did you just /す?
Do you like hammocks?

Now I’m wondering if anyone can figure out my real identity
I need so much more information. What did your employer say to you? What did you say to keep the post up? How bad was the actual post? I’ll save some for everyone else
what kind of job you working?
what dialogue was exchanged between you and the workplace?
i’m interested in knowing how this actually happened
How big is Batista’s dick?
Can they prove it? I’d just deny it was me (unless you were using a work device, which, come on…). But this is Reddit not FB lol.
Is your phone connected to company wi-fi?
Is your Mormon underwear actually magical? Can it stop dagger thrusts, and bullets? Large-scale explosives? The heat-death of the universe?

Put you profile name in chatgpt agent. Ask it if the user is in danger of being doxxed.
I wanna see the post!
Why are you posting on company time?
You. You were the rat.
The board where I work asked me to take something I said down and I had a moral clause in my contract so I had to remove it. Rubbed me the wrong way though. If I’m off work and not directly naming the non-profit I should entitled to freedom of expression especially when my posts are not negative in anyway. I feel like most employers should suck a nut. Treat your employees fairly and they wouldn’t put bad stuff on Reddit or Glassdoor or LinkedIn. Anyways solidarity for whatever you posted. Stand your ground if you can.
How did they know it was you? Like do you just randomly give out your username to coworkers or do you log in on your work computer or something?
What music have you been listening to lately?
did you do it at work/on their vpn/on their computer or phone?
if so…that is why.
Your username gave a chuckle
Sorry that happened to you, but if you actually got fired over that without any revealing info, then it was likely a bad workplace/boss to begin with.
I had a similar story, but luckily my boss isn’t an asshole. Another teacher at my school ousted me to my Head of School (basically what a private school calls a principal). Although she wouldn’t say who it was, I know because it became very obvious based on how she was acting towards me ever since. It wasn’t even anything bad about the school. It was just a funny story and had no identifying details. My Head of School simply told me that someone informed her and to just make sure I don’t put any identifying information about the school onto Reddit, which I didn’t anyway, and recommended that I change my username to avoid this person spying on my account. However, she’s a great boss and seemed frustrated that the other teacher even brought this up to her instead of talking to me like a professional.
