Hey! This guy who was stalking me filed a protective order against me cuz he knows
I’m an immigrant and he wants to give me a criminal record so I’d get deported. The cops called me this morning and my hearing is tomorrow morning. I have a lot of screen shot evidence of him stalking me. But I am scared. Plz anyone help me.

First, take a deep breath. It is not uncommon for stalkers to use the system to continue their stalking and abuse.
Second, plan your case. Write out the points you want to make about his behavior and what proof you have to support those points. Try to be as calm as possible. If you can print out the proof ahead of time that will make it easier, but the judge may ask to see the phone.
Last, since he is the one seeking the order he is the one who has to prove his case.
