My wheelchair bound, intellectually disables son was assulted and harrassed by his teacher and paraprofessionals at the end the last school year.

It was caught on video. We pulled him out when we gained knowledge of this. Would it be advantageous to send him back to school in the same district if we plan on filing a lawsuit? Why or why not?
We filed a police report which is still under investigation. We also file a complaint with protective services, which found abuse within this case. It happened in February I dont understand why the police are still investigating pending grand jury submission.

Where would your child feel the safest? Feeling safe impacts their learning more than any IEP tool you could negotiate.
