Need a Lawyer to help with bank not releasing my funds

Bank froze my bank account and closed it. After me depositing my IRS check. After verification that it was from the IRS they still don’t want to release it to me after 4 months of going back and forth between them and the IRS. Need HELP. Location: Lake Mary, Fl
