The toilet was
backed up and overflowing for several days. My team and I reported this and reached out to Circle K’s
helpdesk to request maintenance, but no one came to fix the issue for three days. We called twice and put in 3 tickes.. that’s a total of 5. I was terminated for using curse words instead of the issue being addressed.
I wrote this while holding my bladder. I was extremely frustrated

There is no issue with you being fired for cursing at your coworkers.
You could have filed am OSHA complaint for inadequate bathroom facilities, but there’s nothing illegal about them firing you for cursing in the report you filed.
