“I am a 21-year-old male. My weight is 50 kilos and my height is around 6 feet (probably 5’11”). Everyone says I am too skinny, and I am tired of it. I am also addicted to masturbation. How do I stop this? How do I get out of this, glow up, and become more muscular? I am really depressed. I want to get out of this but I can’t. Please tell me what to do. Please, someone explain, or if there is anyone who is stressed like me, talk to me, even in DM, and guide me on what I should do.

    You could try strength training at a gym. Get a session with a personal trainer to show you what to do.

    try replacing the habit with something that takes your energy elsewhere workouts, going for a walk, learning a skill, or even just hanging out with friends. it’s not about “quitting cold turkey” but building balance it just won’t happen overnight. stick to small steps

    Hey bro, firstly, don’t beat urself up – we all got issues. As for the skinny part, hit the gym (or do home workouts if ya can’t), gradually up ur intake of healthy food. The M addiction often fills an emotional void – try finding new hobbies, socializing or even seekin therapy. It’s a process, not a quick fix. Most importantly, u aren’t alone in this fight.     You need to eat at least 2300 kcal maybe 2500 kcal and do these 3 bench, squad and deadlifts.
    Start small and increase 2.5 kg ever time 5 reps of 10 but you need to eat clean with protein and good fats. You need proper 2 months to see results
