Neighbor dug “inverted Speed Bump” across shared road

Some background information because if may be important.

I live on a dead end dirt road, as far as I know no one owns it, the county won’t come fill pot holes ect.

There are three other houses that use this road including the neighbor I’m question who lives directly across from us.

My family business is run from behind our house. Nothing major just a wear house and lots of coming and going which had worn a lot of dips in the road, nothing we could do and it wasint intentional.

My neighbor decided to buy some gravel and fill the dips and my father offered to pay for half of what it cost, my neighbor declined.

Now coming to yesterday a foot wide ditch has appeared in the road starting at his property corner.

He and his wife claimed that we and our employees were speeding down the road and he had to dig an Inverted Speed Bump to stop us.

As far as I know this road has no speed limit but we don’t rip down the road, I’d say like 10 or 20 mph.

Both our houses are at a dead end, if you were ripping down the road, you’d have to brake far before the ditch he dug to be able to turn into either drive way.

Also it rained last night and it looks to have widened a little bit.

So is he allowed just to dig a ditch across the shared road?

What actions can I take?

TLDR: Neighbor graveld shared dirt road, thinks he is now the one that controls said road, dug ditch across it to slow vehicles the he thinks are speeding
