I want to know if there are any periods/festivities/celebrations/sacred days/ that involve playing loud music at specific early times of the day, during March & April, as well as around October?
I do not want to seem insensitive if I ask them to turn down the volume of the music they are playing, but I work night shifts and it’s hard to sleep through it, even with earplugs on.

I am in the Church of Metal and if i listen to the sacret Songs of my people, so do my neighbours.
Regardless if it’s for religious purposes, if it’s too
loud you could still ask them to keep the volume lower. Especially if it’s so loud the earplugs aren’t working.

Years ago, I had a neighbor who would play loud music at midnight. I asked, they’d lower it for a little while and start back in.
I bought a really nice home stereo that week and started playing the same song that would rattle the windows every morning until the wife came over complaining. I told her I’d reciprocate whatever tone they set at midnight.
Asking didn’t do anything. Waking them up at 5am and disturbing their quiet time solved it. Some don’t care until it challenges their good times.
