New job anxiety

I f(21) have been at my new job for 4 weeks and am getting so much anxiety it’s getting hard to manage, waking up with anxiety not being able to eat, getting random bouts of anxiety in the middle of the day. Being worried about go to the bathroom, feeling sick to my stomach when I make a mistake and being worried I have made a mistake and don’t know.
This has happened before and I don’t know how long it took for me to feel better but it is become hard to push though the hard part.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

    Hi There,
    First off, congrats on the new job. Can you start the day with some meditation? I know it’s very hard to focus when anxiety is high. Have you checked in with your trainer or supervisor? Something like ‘Hi X, I’d like to check in and see if my progress is as expected? Any suggestions for me?’
    Also, is this an organization that has an EAP program? If so, call the number and tell them you need to speak with someone ASAP. If not, seek advice from your doctor, perhaps they can prescribe anti anxiety.

    Lastly, every time I’ve changed jobs I’ve had to tell myself I need to fake it till I make it. Hell, I had to tell myself that last week.
