NYS- Is there a service to talk to a lawyer on demand?

Location: New York State

Is there a service where you can talk to a lawyer on demand? I have a legal question, and so far the two attorneys I spoke to gave me conflicting advice. I don’t think it’s in good form to call up lawyers’ offices with a “quick question” — is there a way I can quickly find and pay an attorney for their time?
