Older women that are mean to other women in the workplace, why?

r/

For those who are brave enough to admit they are the mean older woman at work. I’m genuinely curious as to why. Insecurity? Jealousy?

Because they are young, slow and take forever to learn how to do the simplest tasks. After a month the “I’m new” excuse gets old and on my nerves.

Because you just graduated, you think you know more than I do. You don’t. I’ve worked this position for years and know more than any school or book will teach you. Sit down, listen and take notes, also look on the fucking intranet BEFORE you come ask me where the thing is that you’re looking for, it’s on there. I’m just going to send you a link to the intranet if you ask me.
