I’m talking suicidal tendencies and depression. For me it was my 7 year old sister. Don’t need no sympathy but long story short, she walked into the room when I was about to hold the barrel in my mouth and if it weren’t for her I’d be gone. I had my back to the door so she didn’t see but she came in excited bc I bought her a doll she’s wanted and gave me a hug. I was getting help before that but didn’t think I had a purpose til that moment I guess. So now I’m just curious to what made it for y’all. And how you overcame it and what steps in the right direction and what helped you. Thanks dawgs
On some real shit, what made you want to genuinely get help? And how did you get help or what helped?

Friend of mine killed himself 20 years ago when he was 17. I was 18. Cured my of any suicidal ideation. I would never put the people around me through that. It wrecked me, i was not about to do that to anyone else.
