Options on how to continue

So I am an 18 year old girl, and I have never posted before. I’m looking for advice from parents, teachers, lawyers.. anyone really. I’m going to try and explain the situation in chronological order without giving to much detail so this can not turn back on me if I proceed in court.
This is a 4 year issue and on going so please be aware this a lot and is somewhat unsettling to read.
At 14 years old I was s*xually assaulted by a 19 year old boy, the first week of classes at his house. I was an ap student and was in classes well above my grade, so I had class with my abuser (we’ll call him jay). Jay had told his friends X and Y that he had done stuff to me against my will, Jay, X, and Y had began to threaten me if I spoke out. 4 days later I had told my friend Kay what had happened, she told me I should speak with a guidance counselor. So I went into the school social workers office to Mr.T, and had explained the situation. I was aware he was a mandated reporter and expected him to call the cops, nope boy was I wrong. He had called Jay into his office afterwards (I’m not aware of what was setting during this interaction), the following days tho I had begun getting verbally harrassed by Jay and his friends. Slurs, insults, threats, anything you can think of to try and intimidate a 14 year old girl into not speaking. I had again went to Mr.Ts office and explained he was now threatening me, was told to spend my classes I had with Jay in the office. At two weeks after initially informing them of the SA I had a panic attack and my mother was called, I explained to my mother the whole situation (she was pissed I didn’t come to her first but got over it when she heard the story). The school principal, vice principal, and social worker advised my mother that I would benefit from homeschooling instead. My mom called the cops that day on my r@pist. At this point I began hybrid schooling, cops were asking me questions, his friends were still threatening me.. this went on for a month, where my abuser had finally left state and at the time bidens bail release so I was told they can’t chase him over school lines. This is where Xand Y trying to shame me out of pressing charges, they had a boy we were all mutually friends with invite me out. There they put a sedative in my drink, and X recorded a video of my friend assaulting me. Later that day Y had created a burner email, and had created an Instagram account. They posted the video tagging it with my full legal name and age. After the whole school had seen the video, I was made aware of it by Kay. I reported the video to Instagram, took ss to show the cops, and asked for a meeting with Mr.T. In the meeting I had addressed the everyone at school seeing my junk, the im a minor concern, the it wasn’t getting taken down concern. Mr.T basically had told me it wasn’t taken at the school so he could not help me, not even with making sure kids didn’t record it and share it more. He told me homeschooling through the district was my only option. I began homeschooling watching my friends post nasty rumors and threats and the video on Snapchat, removing anyone who did so. This continued for 4 years, with the school refusing to help me with the online work they had given me, failing me every step of the way, telling cps I was mentally unstable and a problem.
Come to find out they never reported it to the cops because Jay was on the football team and lived next to the super intendant.
There’s more details, I can share them if you believe they can be relevant or needed. But I contacted my first lawyer today (waiting for the call back).
I just want to know if there’s more I can do than just sue. Or what evidence to compile, or if I should put together a list of names of every adult who failed me.
