[OR] DUII threshold for CDL holders driving a personal vehicle

Location: Oregon

I want to preface this by saying that I don’t drink and drive.

So when I got a CDL in Oregon the instructor told me that the threshold for DUII in Oregon is a BAC of 0.04%or greater even if in a personal vehicle. But in the DMV manual section 1.5.1. It says that you only automatically lose your CDL privileges with a BAC of 0.08% or more when in a personal vehicle.

I understand that you can get charged with DUII at any BAC but what I’m curious about is if the threshold for automatically charging someone is 0.04% or 0.08% in personal vehicle for CDL holders
