A strong confident women who can stand up for what is right but at the same time be soft and kind when needed. A women you know when your gone can lead the family and is strong. Looks are great but for me this is far more special, there is nothing better on earth than sharing time with a lady who can finish your sentences or laugh at something when you do without saying a word, that is a soulmate to me.

There won’t be a consensus. For me – once you’re past the obvious stuff – I wouldn’t consider dating a woman that wasn’t at least on track for a six figure income. Other men are looking for a SAHM. Neither is right or wrong but it’s a common/obvious demonstration of how diametrically opposed opinions can be.
The belief that they need to work on their looks in order to be found admirable or worthy of respect.

Kindness. The whole sassy sarcastic mean girl thing is so repulsive to me. One of my best friends is a serious lady boss – climbing career, successful and independent, yet she remains the kindest person I know. Wish there was more of that.
Being interesting and capable. I don’t care if someone knows how to do any particular task; everyone’s life is different so we all end up with a mixed bag of knowledge and experience. But the willingness to wrap her brain around the situations in her environment, and the confidence to try to figure something out is very attractive to me. People that walk into a situation, whether it be changing a flat tire, riding a horse, a couples paint night, whatever it is, and just do their best to keep in the spirit and make a genuine effort are my favourite people. When someone I’m with just shuts down when they are pulled out of their comfort zone, especially if they’re negative joy-sinks about it means that was a personality test they just failed. And having her own interests and passions even if I don’t share them, is always confidence inspiring and attractive. If I spend an evening with someone and learn absolutely nothing new, I’m somewhat motivated that the next hang we have is taking them to a tree to apologize for stealing oxygen.
