I used to wake up at 4-5 am cause I couldn’t sleep, I went to sleep at 00:00, I accumulated sleep deprivation until I fell unconscious for 20 hours straight on weekends
1 am…. -.- don’t ask… Doing it for 9 months now feel like absolute garbage
I’m up at 4:30 on weekdays. If I go to sleep by 10:30 I’m “okay,” but unfortunately that’s too regular for me. I want to be asleep by 9/9:30 but that rarely happens.
Actual sleep, right around 940 generally. In bed though at 7 or 8. I do only have to get up at 345 twice a week on in-office days, rest of the work week is 5 but my bedtime is always about the same.
Alarm is set for 3.40 am when I get my morning shift.
I try to be in bed at 8.30 pm
I work at 4am. In bed at 830pm go to sleep about 10
Depends on what I’m doing/life style. When I was working a job that made me wake up that early and an unpredictable schedule, anytime I could. If you’re setting that schedule yourself, I could reliably get 6-7 hours of sleep and feel energized if I’m not drinking, smoking, or taking in a lot of caffeine. When I’m eating well and exercising, I feel as if I don’t need as much sleep to be equivalently well rested during the day.
Daytime naps are godly. Find a 20 minute window to rest your eyes and you’ll feel amazing. Something to do with getting enough sleep to feel rested but not enough to enter a deeper sleep.

Between 9 and 10… then again around midnight… then again around 2… did I mention there’s a restless baby going through sleep regression in our house? So I get to go to bed several times each night.

When I’m on site, in bed around 7:30-7:45pm, watch some stuff on my laptop/tv before bed, then wake up around 4:20am for work (I work FIFO 2:1 roster). On my weeks off, I go to bed and get up whenever I want

I (M46) have been losing the ability to sleep in recent years. This morning I woke up at 4:15 to workout. Went to bed around 10:45. I have an 8-5, M-F desk job.
I rarely get more than 6 hours of sleep. Also have been taking Trazadone to fall asleep since I can’t fall asleep naturally most nights. That also seems to give me sufficient rest to work without any issue with feeling tired. It’s wiled but seems to be working.

My husband wakes up at 3am because he’s a psychopath. He usually goes to bed between 8:30-9.
There’s no reason for him to be up at 3, he doesn’t start work until 7:30. He’s just unhinged

Used to wake up at 2:30 – 3:00 for work going to bed a couple of hours before that (usually 23-2am),everything was “fine”.
Now I go to sleep at 2-3 and get up at 4,but I’m devastated. Don’t be like me, sleep more than 4 hours
Since I got old, I go to bed at midnight, wake up at 4, go back to bed at 6, wake up at 9 and have a nap in the afternoon. My todo list has a section called Zombie Mode with routine, mindless tasks I can do when I’m half asleep beteen 4 and 6.
