Kids are great, parents pushing their prams a bit less sometimes. They feel authorized to ignore every basic rule of coexistence with other people in crowded places. Don’t occupy the whole sidewalks while you check Facebook, Karen.

People caring for young children have a hectic, tiring schedule. Walk around the pram and allow them some leeway.
Unpopular opinion: stop calling bitches “Karen” (unless that’s actually their name) and just call them a bitch.
You want to carry a baby and all their needs while you’re out shopping? What do you expect them to do?
TIL pram = stroller
Edit: Also, TIL pram is short for perambulator. Learning is fun.
Idk why some of these strollers are so freaking big, it’s not the presence of them that’s annoying. It’s the ginormous amount of space packed to the brim with a million toys and snacks and outfits that probably won’t get used. Get a diaper bag and a simple stroller and stop making it so damn complicated for yourself
Whats a pram?
What the fuck are you talking about?
Nah, those parents’ kids will be funding the retirement of everyone who thinks their dog is their son. They’re cool
What’s your suggestion?
There is no reason for strollers to be as big as they are. Kids are tiny! Make tiny strollers!!
We’re just fed up of dealing with morons who forget prams and wheel chairs exist.
Stop parking on the path, put your damn bins away, you don t need to walk next to each other especially with headphones in.
they are like:: “oohh, i love my son sooo much…. let’s push the stroller in the middle of the road where crackheads and drunk people drive cos the sidewalk has steps”
Should my stroller go on the grass or should your feet? Who is supposed to share with who?
What if, and stick with me here for a moment, sharing goes beyond a 1:1 interaction in society? What if sharing is a communal understanding that people walking in pairs down the sidewalk split for “on coming traffic” but cyclists always take the grass or road. Always give kids right of way, except for people with mobility devices or handicaps, they have 100% right of way. You know, because today you are walking toward a stroller, but tomorrow, you might be the one walking with a stroller.
Use your brain and share public spaces.
I used to feel the same way when I was like late teens early 20s. Then I became a mom who had to walk my baby in a bulky travel system stroller. Even-though I would do my best to try to not take up space or be in anyone’s way (because of my previous annoyance by it) I found I still would get dirty looks and or eye rolls for people trying to get past me on the sidewalk or around me at the mall. Same with if your baby starts to cry and fuss and you’re trying to do whatever you can to calm them and not make people around you disturbed, and still get people staring daggers at you. It’s sad to find out that people really have a disdain for mothers, young ones especially.
How else are they gonna get the baby around..
It’s intolerable, not untolerable. Just walk around them, they aren’t thinking of u so why think of them and get upset. Pointless rage
me fail english? that’s unpossible.
I mean, the giant ones where it looks like mom and dad packed everything but the kitchen sink are definitely annoying, but I can’t say this is something that causes me any genuine, lasting inconvenience🤷♀️ At most, I’m just stepping around them a few times a month. Entitled parents are the worst, but Reddit definitely has a vendetta against parents and children. They’re just trying to exist in the world too.
I have to push the pram a lot
I am so fucking sick of the rudeness of these people. Try and move to the side of a sidewalk or aisle in s store. It’s really not that difficult, I have faith in your ability to understand this concept.
NOW… while I’m in a rant here I want to know why I should cut these people with their offspring s break?? Sure they have a shit ton of crap to deal with. BUT why is that my problem ? If you can’t handle the responsibility and work etc that results because of your actions then simple solution don’t fucking breed!!!
Ahhhhhh that felt good I’m better now
Yup, I’m sure I’ll get lambasted but couldn’t hold back any longer
Sounds like you’ve never had to push a stroller before 😂
There’s a local food market that I go to on the weekends, the pathways are all wood chips and chunks making it pretty difficult to have things with wheels on it. For some I see many parents doing the following: 1 has the kid in their arms and the other is struggling and taking ages to move around because they insist on waddling around with their pram. And they’re so comically large that it’s hard to walk past them or to line up to a stall when they’re in the way.
All children feel this way.
What the fuck is a pram
You would have hated to see me coming with my triplet stroller.
In not un. this simple correction will make your opinion much more tolerable.
Pram?
“We like to push the pram a lot”
Lol British bitching is fun
