Physical Requirements

Looking to join State Trooper Academy but having trouble with what workouts to do. I struggle with the push up and sit-up part of the requirements but i got the mile time down. Any Suggestions?

    Practice, practice, practice. Just keep training and pushing through

    Maybe r/tacticalbarbell will have some workouts you can follow.

    Look up stew smith fitness, he writes programs for special forces tests, law enforcement tests, that’s what helped me the most

    Maybe focus on sit-ups and push-ups?

    If you are struggling with pushups and sit-ups then………. practice doing pushups and sit-ups

    1: Do pushups
    2: Do situps

    Just do more push-ups and sit-ups. 🤷‍♂️

    Also, make sure you are getting all of the proper nutrients as well. Protein baby!!!
