Me and my ex do not get along. We have a daughter together. We currently live about an hour apart. My daughter lives with her mother during the week and I have her on The weekends. Now my ex will not help me out and meet me to do pick up and drop off. My ex wants me to go to her house to pick her up and drop her off. I suggested meeting somewhere in the middle. She says no. Long build up but my question is can I go to the court to file to have her meet me half way or arrange a different pick up drop off location.

Do you currently have a parenting plan/order that describes your parenting arrangement and includes where the exchange should happen? If not, then yes, you can go to court to memorialize the exchange. You may or may not get what you’re asking for.
