I know they are horomonal pimples because even when i dont shave they still come back. its been a few times and sometimes they get so big they pop and I need to wear a pad for a few days (not a lot of blood).
Im sick and tired of these. I washed it with panoxyl tonight since I can and that helps with all my other horomonal acne, and i put some cream i got from a gynecologist last year on it. What else can I do?

See a dermatologist or a gyno?
Honestly this might seem like a basic answer but seeking medical advice off reddit (especially for a slightly more nuanced issue like this one ) is never a good idea. Your best bet is to try and get in contact with a medical professional.
If you find the answer, let me know!
I don’t think this is a super common issue, you might want to seek professional advice (aka not Reddit)
Do you happen to use Kirkland signature toilet paper? I was having some serious pimple issues too, and I read somewhere that the Kirkland TP can be really irritating. I switched to something else, and it’s gotten a LOT better.
Have you heard about Hidradenitis suppurativa?
I’ve had it my whole life 🤷🏽♀️ it sounds like there’s some treatments out there, but I’ve always just kind of dealt with it. Maybe talk to the doc about the options that are available if that sounds right to you.
Dermatologist time
Definitely see a doctor about this. You may want to google hidradenitis suppurativa and see if that fits your symptoms and ask about that.
I’m not recommending it, but I put 2% Salicylic Acid spot clearing cream/gel on mine for two evenings in a row. That cleared them up completely. There was no problem from it, but not sure it was a wise thing to do
Are they pimples or cysts? I was getting cysts all along my bikini line and found that it was from my underwear seam being too tight. Ended up getting larger softer undies and diaper rash cream with zinc for the active cysts or when one pops up again
It may well be irritation from the pads to be honest! Some brands are super irritating. I get a lot of irritation from the Always ones.
could be bartholins or skenes gland cysts. talk to your GYN but it’s manageable. lots of ways to deal with them, warm baths, apple cider vinegar compress, use different soap, etc
I’m not at all familiar with this issue, but in general I would see a new doctor ASAP.
These may not be pimples if they release that much fluid. 1/ go to a doctor, 2/ they might be boils which leads to scarring (which arnt bad necessarily but you need to be extra clean when one is erupting)
