Location: Hawaii and Georgia
In December my wife planted ammunition in a suitcase when we were at the airport traveling from Augusta Ga to Hawaii. She tried to convince me to take the bag the TSA as a checked bag. I told her no because we have enough stuff ti carry to include our two year old. I said no and we argued for ten minutes. Instead I put it as a checked bag. When I got to Hawaii I checked the bags at the hotel and it had 70 bullets Inside and some of my military hats she planted in the bag to frame me. I have all of her admission of guilt. Do you think I can file a report against her?

I’m not sure what she’d be charged with but you can always call and make a police report. Spouses are allowed to to pack bags, you didn’t get stoped so there was no damages and I believe most of the time if they find ammo in a carry on they’ll confiscate it and maybe detain you for questioning. Overall I’d say give them a call and report it but don’t expect much to come of it.
Whoa, that’s intense. Sounds like a serious situation. Definitely something to report and get legal advice on ASAP.
