Hi! I live in a small neighborhood in Tennessee. A neighbor down the street is a police officer in Georgia. Recently, we’ve been having a lot of issues with young-young kids playing in the street. There are sidewalks on one side of the road and plenty of driveway/yard space around. The officer has started using his PD traffic cones to block the main street in our neighborhood so his kids can play there. Cars cannot pass and frequently they park one of their two SUVs, truck, or cruiser on the street as well- making the space even smaller. I have contacted the HOA about it with no response and am now wondering what the best course of action would be. I hate to be a you-know-what but it’s not only a major inconvenience, it can inhibit emergency vehicles and promotes these small children playing in the road. TIA!
