I have been struggling with this for a year now. I’ve struggled with constipation all my life and when I finally go, I have an infinite wipe every time and I wipe till there’s nothing. I started to take showers too and scrub down there really well after pooping and wiping. I go to the restroom again just to see a HUGE stain in my underwear every time. I don’t feel like there’s any more poop laying around right at the end. I’m very frustrated with it and feel like a gross person even tho I’m very hygienic. What are some things I can do to fix this? My diet is lots of meat and some fruits and veggies, as well as occasional fast food.

You need to drink more water. Like 3L a day. You’re constipated likely because you’re dehydrated. Also try eating more veggies and fibrous foods. Add chia seeds to a fruit smoothie in the morning. All of this will aid in digestion and make you less constipated. Magnesium supplements will also help.
Try a portable bidet?
Hmmm. Have you been checked for any sort of pelvic floor dysfunction? My cousin had a similar problem after she gave birth, she had to do physiotherapy to re-strengthen those muscles. Could be soemthing like that?
I sometimes feel like I have two buttholes. An outer butthole that and another one about 1 inch past the outer butthole that will trap turd. I use a bidet. The water gets past the first butthole and cleans up to the second butthole. But it doesn’t go past it.
You’re welcome
Likely your diet. Some foods/substances can cause slight anal leakage (the technical term lol)
When I have a lot of meat, my poop is noticeably more…. oiler and harder to wipe, even for a bidet. You need to change your diet and you will notice the difference. I have never been constipated in my life, but at the same time, I dont have back to back meat meals. You will also smell better when you reduce meats.
Fruit and berry smoothies for breakfast, less meat and more plants in the diet. For the constipation that is. If there’s a sealing issue that might make it worse.
Chronic constipation can cause the sphincter muscles to become stretched and weakened, so waste leaks out. The best thing would be to see a doctor and get treatment for the underlying constipation. You can also try over the counter products like Restoralax or Metamucil.
Eat less meat and more veggies, the fiber makes pooping easier. Constipation (to which a meat heavy diet can contribute) can increase the amount of mucus in your rectum, which in turn can lead to anal leakage.
Your diet doesn’t sound that good and that’s really not going to help with constipation. Ideally your dinner plate should be 50% veg, 25% starchy carbs (eg a variety of whole grains, or potato with its skin, or wholewheat pasta, or brown rice), and 25% meat or fish (or other protein-rich food). Eat plenty of beans and legumes. In other words, decrease the meat and really up the fibre. Drink lots of water and, if you’re sedentary, get more physically active. Hopefully your constipation will massively improve (as will the nutritional content of your diet).
try taking stool softeners once a day.
Try taking some fiber like Metamucil, I have to take it every few days to keep things regular and glowing as it should, will make the stool a little softer and will empty better.
If you are cleaning well in the shower, like digging for gold down there well, you might actually have an intestinal problem or something and need to have checked out.
Fruit and vegetables don’t have nearly the amount of fiber people think they do. Fiber is found in much greater quantities in whole grains and legumes (beans). So, eat more whole grains and beans and you’ll have less issues with 💩.
Get a bidet.
you need more fiber in your diet. A Psyllium husk fibre supplement, like Meta Mucil or top care Psyllium fiber, will fix it for you. Psyllium husks absorb water in the gut, forming a gel like substance that adds bulk to the stool. this helps promote regular bowel movements and relieve constipation.
Believe me it works wonders for constipation and you will have to wipe much less.
edit, or start eating more fiber, like salads. I do both and it makes a big difference.
Fiber. More fiber, more water.
Eat more fiber. Drink more water. Use a bidet.
Your shit is probably hiding in little hemorrhoid skin folds , maybe need a surgery to remove them.
Metamucil. Game changer.

I would look at your diet. Food intolerance is no joke
You for sure have hemorrhoids, whether symptomatic or not.
The answer is likely not enough fiber in your diet. Grown men are supposed to get like 36 grams a day. If you start looking on food items to see how much fiber is in things, you’ll find out that it’s super hard to get 36g a day. Like a cup of broccoli is 4 grams of fiber. It’s hard to get that much fiber.
Fiber supplements, fiber cereal, etc. will save your butthole.
Start drinking coffe and cola, its “natural” diaretic, over the counter stuff. No need to spend half a day drinking watter in order to have a normal poop lol
You have 2 sphincters for your butt. An inner one and an outer one. As we age and sometimes from trauma, the sphincters can lose their strength and they let poop leak out. If it leaks out of the inner one then it can easily leak out of the outer one leading to stains. One hack is to take 2 squares of TP and fold it up and then gently insert the folded paper in to the opening of the outer sphincter and then clench to hold the paper. This catches any that leaks out and can help hold in what wants to leak out. I got this from my gastroenterologist doc and honestly, it’s been very helpful.
Sounds like a doctor issue.
This is gonna sound gross, but when you wipe, you have to like… expose your asshole more. Like you gotta “push” as if you’re still trying to shit, this will help you wipe more throughly
You need to use toilet paper, and wet wipes such as baby wipes. Toilet paper itself will not get you clean. Then you use a wash cloth in the shower and squat a lil bit will you get in there to clean
If you feel like you’re not getting enough fiber, I highly recommend finding some kind of beans or legumes you like. Made a huge difference for me
Fiber first. If you’ve still got problems despite taking fiber (and getting stains even after washing thoroughly), go to the GP and have it looked at. Especially if you’re a middle aged person with a history of constipation. That means a good risk of hemorrhoids, which can then turn into an abscess/fistula. (Which is unlikely as those cause a lot of pain, but you might be on the way).
Try propping your feet up on the small step so your knees are above your hips. This encourages your pelvis to open up and you can evacuate your bowels more efficiently and effectively
Since you’re constipated, do you in fact suffer from hemorrhoids? Do you use suppositories? These can cause greasy shit stains.
Your diet needs to be significantly more vegetables if this is how your body is reacting. You simply do NOT have enough fiber and so you aren’t having regular bowel movements. You would not be constipated, poop more regularly and not have so much poop backed up that it keeps leaking out on its own. You wouldn’t have infinite wipes or the stains. Just eat more vegetables. Put them in your water, eat them with every meal. You need to shift and adjust for it to be solved long term.
Fiber and water. Also get a bidet. And probably see a doctor if this continues.
