Pork belly and ribs are better bbq items than Brisket

I love brisket but it needs the right amount of juiciness and to be cooked perfectly. A lot of places make it dry asf

Pork in general seems more fatty and harder to mess up and I enjoy it more in bbq even though brisket is the most in demand item
