Hello. I am on probation for until February of next year. I am a traveling blue collar worker. most of the work i do has me traveling out of state. early on i used to work out of state and recently got laid off. my po no longer wants to keep writing me permits for my next job which is also out of state. and its also even more stressful and frustrating its only two hours from where i live and told him i can be home everyday and still doesn’t want to. well fuck me and my bills i guess. as much as i would like to work closer to home this job is paying well and per diem and would really like to have it to get back on my feet.
my question would be any tips or advice on maybe possible travel adjustments i can do on my probation conditions considering my work or something like that
