The April 5 protests were cool but Trump admin and Elon are absolutely obliterating this country and I think we need to go protest every day or every Saturday or everyday at 5pm in vast numbers. How do we do this?

Ask in your local community. In mine they’re out during rush hour on our busiest road doing pickets up and down the sidewalk. I usually see them on the weekend but I’ve heard they’re out every day.
The way that I protest is by boycotting US products. And especially big corporations and companies that align with the trump administration. Voting with your dollar is a powerful way to vote!
No one has sustained, preexisting communities that know each other well enough to operate like this anymore. I remember when I was reading a lot of MLK’s work, and a lot of other leaders of strong and effective movements, they were functioning out of a church structure, or some other such similarly structured community. Everyone knows each other well enough to work together in an organized and consistent method. Yes, there need to be big protests, but people have jobs and familes and they have to work around those thinhs, and we’re all too scattered to take care of each other in a way that would allow consistent protest. When was the last time you hosted something where you formed or strengthened a community? The big showy, loud, peaceful protests the last few years haven’t gotten us anywhere. Do you have a group of people who would bring you food if a loved one died? Do you have people whose kids you would agree to watch in a heartbeat if an emergency came up? We need the protests, keep the protests. We need to know each other on the ground floor. We need to have structures that can sustain us. There needs to be communication and connection and community. There has to be an agreement not to quit over minor squabbles but to not treat lightly instances of serious mistreatment. I know this isn’t the direct, now, immediate answer. It is a major part of the answer that’s been neglected too long.
