Okay first of all little man really had me pondering.
If i had to guess i would say the teeth don’t fall out but rather just grow into the fangs. That being said I’m not a vampire expert.
As fair as the tooth fairy i wonder if when vampire fangs fall out (if they even can) does the tooth fairy pay more because of their rarity? Or is a tooth a tooth to her
I think they generally either grow longer, or grow longer and turn into retractable teeth so they can look normal when not sucking blood. But it depends on the universe, and I think having the human teeth fall out is a great idea. Tell your five your old I liked it.

According to Elminster, vampire fangs are not a replacement for the human teeth, but rather an addition or modification of the existing canine teeth.

The gums retract making the teeth look longer. Why? Because the vampire myth was based on a real desease named porphyria:
-Sensitivity to sunlight and sometimes artificial light
-Burning pain in the skin
-Blisters on exposed skin
-Too much hair growth in affected areas
-Red or brown urine
-Teeths can turn brown or fluorescent.
-Gum abnormalities
Any of these sound familiar?
