Fiction books should be consumed, sold, and advertised more than video games, TikTok-style entertainment, and movies.
I find it annoying that children are reading fewer books nowadays and more playing games like Call of duty, Roblox, Minecraft, Fortnite or watching movies like Harry Potter, or The Hunger Games instead of reading the book series.
The Avengers or The Dark Knight Film series can never be better than the original comics (books are better better than comics though)
The depth, imagination, and complexity found in books are greater than those in movies, video games, and other forms of entertainment media like TikTok.
We need more adults and children reading books, and fewer spending time on gaming, watching skits on TikTok, or constantly watching movies.
Fictional books and maybe maybe comics needs more advertising and marketing by everyone.

Eh, a lot of people I know still read books. And really enjoy doing so. I also know people who hate it- and would rather spend their time doing anything else. I don’t think that’s depressing. Not everyone is a fan of every hobby and that’s okay.

I enjoy reading books, i also enjoy watching movies and tv shows.
I am not really that into games.
I do all three whenever the mood takes me. I don’t think either is “better”.
Well… Although reading should be encouraged, playing games it’s more interesting, because you have the control of the scene and feel like the main character.
You’re wrong, the ultimate medium is visual novels because you get the reading, you get the voice acting and you get pictures, and even interactive choices. Best of all of the worlds.
