My friend has been threatened and during a threat turned on the ios call recording during a heated moment and has discussed uploading the call on social media. I understand it was a safety thing, but I think it could open her to charges since I don’t think he clearly heard or acknowledged consent. Trying to deter her from going through with this as i know Florida is a two party consent state. What are the possible consequences?

You are absolutely correct, Florida requires all parties to consent. Secret recordings can get you in serious trouble. Sharing the recording is an additional crime. Your friend would be much better off speaking with a lawyer to figure out how to deal with the situation than risk substantial criminal penalties. The possible consequences include arrest, charges with various crimes, and if convicted, fine or prison time.
Here in PA a woman who claimed she was raped recorded the rape. She was apparently lying though continues to claim otherwise. She was charged for the recordings and I believe has since been convicted.
