Here’s how I do it: Imagine you have a secret power button located somewhere on your body—maybe on your wrist or right in the center of your chest. When you feel overwhelmed or anxious, take a moment to pause. Find a quiet spot, close your eyes, and take a few deep, slow breaths to center yourself.

Now, picture that power button in your mind. Visualize it glowing with energy—choose a color that feels calming and strong to you. As you exhale, imagine pressing that button and clearly say the word “RESET.” Feel it as if it’s instantly clearing away stress and negative emotions, like wiping a slate clean. I use this technique whenever I notice my emotions start to take over. With regular practice, it really becomes like an automatic mental reset—a tool you can use in the middle of a busy day, in stressful meetings, or even before a challenging conversation.

    Are you able to stay calm in noisy places? I live at a traffic intersection, but I don’t have the money to move out. I have bought some noise-isolating headphones, which are 37db. But the bad thing is that every morning there is a group of elderly people doing morning exercises and making noises. There is a small playground outside my house, and in the afternoon and evening, there are a group of ignorant and energetic children playing, which exacerbates the noise.
