I’ve raised some concerns of unfair treatment. These concerns have not been addressed appropriately and basically I’ve been told it is what it is. I need to learn to live with it. The service needs come above my training.
I’m now facing what I believe is retaliation. Eg boss is documenting one sided meeting discussions on my training records which will stay there for the rest of my life and is openly asking others to do so. Saying things like I can’t see documentation of this meeting someone had with me in the records, asking them can you please write something down when that person had previously agreed it was not necessary.
I’m worried things will get worse till I manage to find another job which will take at least 6 months.
