It’s a common phenomenon that people think their mirrored image is more flattering than how they actually look, which is closer to how a photo shows them. But if you yourself think you’re ugly, you straight up don’t like how you look, then do you even dislike the mirror image? Or do you think you actually look good in the mirror and it’s only in photos where you think you realize how “ugly” you actually are?

Sometimes I like myself in mirrors. If I’m looking at them on purpose at specific angles. When I catch my reflection unexpectedly, it ruins my day.
I look ugly in the mirror lol. No escaping it really.
One thing is being ugly, and another is being unattractive.
I’m not ugly, I’m unattractive. The mirror confirms what I know.
My bathroom mirror isn’t mounted, and is down and to the right. I almost never see my face.
My whole life other people have told me I’m unattractive but I think I’m beautiful, so fuck ‘em.
When I met my now husband he thought he was ugly too. I told him ‘baby it’s not how you look. It’s how you feel’. Find a way to feel confident about your looks regardless. Clothes you like helps. People who want you to feel bad because you don’t meet some arbitrary standard, can take a walk.
It changes all the time by the way. When I was young small bums and permed curly hair were considered the most beautiful. Now it’s a big arse and getting your hair chemically straightened. It is a game you can not win.
Bro… Im confused.
I look ugly in the mirror.
No. I look ugly everywhere
No it’s why I don’t look into them

depends on my mood tbh. sometimes i think i look kinda cute, other times i feel like i look revolting.
