I don’t think it will have much of an effect
Heartfelt and pointed, but the cowardly felon is defended by the even more cowardly Congress and Supremes.
Pretty impressive!
I watched it throughout the entire day. It made me proud to have a senator stand up like that, at his own physical and biological expense. It shows that he is committed to the job he was elected for. It encouraged me to cement my decision to go to my local April 5th protest, and I made my signs listening to it.
First time in a long time I’ve felt proud to be an American.
Nice sentiment, not seeing any effect
Meh. You cant be for our rights and push for gun bans with mandatory buybacks.
Speach was a glorified sternly worded letter.
Why couldn’t he have used this speech to actually filibuster a bill?
It was fantastic! I listened to basically 12 hrs of it. I learned a lot, but more importantly, I’m inspired.
Finally a sign of hope – a fighting Democrat!
Great distraction from the elections going on, too bad it didn’t happen sooner.

Hopefully it will be all for naught.
What did he say that was memorable/quotable?
Racist douche is probably rolling in his grave
He’s doing something. We need more of this!
He at least said loudly and clearly that what happening is not normal and here should not be business as usual. Hopefully this will be a reality check for many people.
He also said clearly that The People need to step up if we don’t like this. We all need to figure out what ‘good trouble’ is and do something more than we have done so far.
It was incredible. Gave me a huge dose of hope I’ve been missing for a long time
Useless
