Revenge porn laws cover recordings of intimate areas being distributed without consent. It is a felony in NC. Report it to law enforcement.
Contact the police and a lawyer. I also suggest you contact a local women’s domestic violence shelter/ group.
This is abuse. And it is against the law. This is called revenge porn…..the guy will be charged with criminal negligence. Melania Trump just helped a bill pass that was recently signed law via executive order making this illegal. It is a form of revenge porn. These predatory men who degrade women and take advantage of them, get away with it when we remain silent. Being forced to carry the secret of someone’s sexual abuse-and yes this counts as sexual abuse…it victimizes U all over again. Don’t be a victim, chose instead to become a victor.
